One issue is to the Feb. 24th date. The court has to decide on the merits of the application to be heard. If they agree to this part of the application then the other issues of the merits of the case (the law, the application of the law, the actions of various parties)then 'if' everything goes along step by step, there may be some offer to settle, or, the law and its provisions will be applied, etc.etc. The time frame may be longer that SUF has indicated and as we all know, uncertainty breeds uncertainty.The market players will judge the case as we get to the various steps. Will one wait or move on, that is the question for stock holders.???
