I'm watching. Just looked at Seattle metro condo market for you. Calculated four months of inventory from realtor.com... Still tight. Been talking about NYC as inventory has been quite high for years but doesn't seem to impact prices or the real economy too much. I kind of understand why..This cycle quite different from prior RE bubbles...Assets in strong hands few motivated sellers YET.......
