Corporate bond defaults probably going to be a big deal one way.

Good news most homebuilders hit 52 week highs approaching or surpassing the January 2018 cycle highs. If downtrend is to happen should bottom by the time recession starts first half of 2020 looking highly unlikely now with sharp drop in mortgage rates.
