All I am saying is that we can be subject to old biases that are not supported by facts and actually cause harm. For example, whites were once considered to be superior to "blacks" and there was a whole universe of confirmation for this. This confirmation-biased school of crap lasted for centuries could always find reasons from African grey matter quantity to lung size (look it up.)

If your point is that victims of sexism(s) can make good leaders because they have experienced so much bullshit and pain, that is a valid point. But it crosses "genders." Ask a gay or trans male who is over 30 years old for example.

Gender studies has come a long way from the man-woman dichotomy when we were in school. The mental characteristics within those are just as diverse for those who choose to define themselves as female. I have seen NO evidence that a vagina or penis makes someone more intelligent or a better leader. I've met plenty of men who were nurturing and gentle, and plenty of females who are not. Cops, teachers, athletes.

Would you vote for a right wing women vs. a liberal man? How about Joni Ernst vs. Cory Booker? The Republicans can find plenty of RW women if that's the criteria.

Having said that, I support Elizabeth Warren over Bernie Sanders because she is tougher and smarter IMHO, and has thought out beneath 1000 miles up. All things being equal in a choice? I would vote for a woman or other gender just because I like diversity.
