I agree with you that it would be very unreasonable to do nothing against a delisting. But otherwise I can't imagine, that a reverse split still can be done in the remaining time. Additionally I think it wouldn't be good for the stock price. Maybe they will buy some shares on their own to push up the price, but this would be a very doubtful game unless knowbody knows how the market reacts on it. Ralph
