Cheryl, Not being versed on all stock aspects, could this be what is keeping the stock down? When you say they are .12 x .28 does that mean they are selling at .12? Golly, I would love to buy some at that price, wouldn't you? Also, where do you find this info? Is there a site that list which brokerages are buying and selling?
