My conclusion, too. They seem to tank in line with FGII and GIFI but somehow can't get in on the recoveries. If they can ever stop being the Rodney Dangerfield of the sector, they could explode given the tiny float. In the meantime, I'm in at $39 and again at $19. So much for "averaging down". :-(
