Sandie, For the life of me, I can't see how taking $10 cash and turning the operating company over to someone else is going to help me! He buys the company on the cheap, operates it for a couple of years, and sells out 3,4,or 5 times higher because he was willing to operate the company and today's stockholders weren't. Somehow, I don't see how I benefit when the other guy makes the dough. Even though he makes mistakes, I'll stick with Bill till someone offers me a real profit or the company goes down the tubes. No thanks to $10.
