Skaar: Mr.William F.Pan is a lawyer and represents Formosa Plastics.If you refer to the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer registry,he is right there.They are online.So even if he is not a registered attorney like yourself,he could have given his side of the Taiwan story that Mr. Baker had given Gene during his first visit. So I am thinking, what was there to loose by giving Mr.Pan a call? And why was not Dr.Asrican called? He was not just a disgruntled janitor who got sacked and wanted vengeance. HG now states that the number of Dr.Asrican I sent him was wrong. I re-checked: that number was correct. Now you wish me to share the identities of my sources. In retrospect why? You would have received the same leads I have passed on to you,HG and others.And which you choose not to act on. I thought in the beginning that as an fellow stockholder as well as an attorney, you might be helpful in guiding us,shareholders, in our quest to get UMSI to fullfil their legal obligations towards their stockholders and assist us with any legal action that we could have taken.Or refer us to a qualified party that could advise us further.That is why I did sent you the info in the first place.And I proposed to the group we would make you our spokesman if you would accept.You choose not to. (You later did mention that in case of certain legal action, we could use your office letterhead) Nothing personal Skaar or HG.But these are the facts. Laurens
