Bob, I'm not sure exactly but that had to be a factor. The other factor I believe was that some assumed that a major breakthrough was about to occur with regard to product acceptance. The give back of 8 million shares is significant and should boost the stock on a short term basis. What i found very intersing was the option for them to pay back the stock at $5 in the future(two years out). Hidden in that statement is a feeling that the $5 price will be less than the street price. After all who would pay $5 for a stock the street can now buy at $1. Think about that. I like the thought of a five dollar stock in two years.
