Mark, did you notice that this announcement never hit Dow Jones or Reuters? I thought that possibly it would show up the next day,
Wednesday, but it did not. I was expecting more of a move
in the stock price, had it been reported over DJ or Reuters.

Anyway, the insider purchases are good to see. They were substantial and should give shareholders more confidence.
