Eric,

I just talked to Bernard and asked him about reporting requirements
and he called the SEC attourney to get this clarified. The attourney
said that it would be 12 to 18 months before anything would be done as this was just in the talking stages. AVAL does file now with the Standard and Poors even though they don't have to. They do have an accounting firm working for them but I don't know the name of the firm. I feel what the SEC is trying to do to clean up the BB is good
but I am not concerned about AVAL filing the necessary forms to keep
a BB listing.
