Interesting... I am 63 I had a male cousin who was maybe 7 years older than me.. who committed suicide in his late teens.. He was gay The matriarch of our extended family.. which mantle (head of I mean LOL) I now bear.. was lesbian.. I was her favourite nephew.. I lived with her and her partner for quite awhile. I have several lesbian cousins.. One in particular whom I am quite close with told me that she has issues with transgenders... Funny how life goes.. The matriarch I lived with.. was my aunt.. My dad's elder sis.. anyway I came home one day .. I was maybe twenty.. with my left ear pierced.. because in those days apparently it mattered which side was pierced.. today who cares.. do them both LOL So she sees the new stud in my ear and asks.. (remember she is lesbian and I know all about her life).. (Nickname) .. don't tell me you are one of those funny boys.. .. I couldn't respond.. I was lost.. Funny how life goes... There are all kinds of biases...
