yeah, Germany has been sinking for awhile. Europe is teetering on the edge of recession. Brexit is looming and will probably kick off the final straw that will throw the region into recession. China is experiencing a serious slow down. Exports are massively down and they have had several banks go under. US PMIs were in contraction. Latin America is experiencing a serious slow down combined with a great deal of inflation. Argentina just defaulted on their debt. The bottom line is that the world is imminently moving towards a global synchronized recession.

Even if the Fed were to lower rates by 50bps in the next month, it's not going to stop what is coming.
