Fascinating chart. All the other countries do not have an inverted yield curve at this time... USA the exception. Three rate cuts will do the trick IMHO..

Remember we've never had long term rates this low (financial engineering on steroids supports even higher asset prices, refinancing, disposable income, leverage, new construction ect), very low energy prices, minimal credit default exposure (auto and student loan defaults too small) , strong home builder position , plus fiscal deficits this huge at the end of a cycle.. What tricks so many is comparing now to 2007 as to high home prices, high stock market averages. That was a speculative credit and commodity bubble like no other. Not the case today..
