No, I don't agree with that bill at all. Any US citizen serving abroad who has children should have those children automatically become US citizens full stop. But if non-citizens have babies in the US, then those babies should NOT automatically become US citizens. We need to end the practice of tourists coming here to have babies, so their children can be citizens. No other country allows that. Why do we?
