Thanks! I caught the end of the call.

Some points I gathered...

1) They are convinced this will work. More importantly, the banks are convinced it will work AND they will be repaid.

2) Support of the move by AE's is excellent. And they reported a 90% retention rate of AE's with the company for 1+ years. They indicated they had a problem with retention of new AE's (as low as 30%) and that they have taken steps to deal with that problem.
