CO2 makes up .04% of the Earth's atmosphere. That's all. It needs to make up even more of it if we are to increase our food production and greenery. In the past, it has been as high as .4%. It got dangerously low in the late 1800s. If it had not increased somewhat, you would probably be dead of starvation.
