I see value in both of these but not adding any shares. Really need to see the next few quarters to see if revenues improve/stabilize. Food sector still out of favor and as a result margins are pressured.

I am looking at these industrial REITs both LXP and STAG. Want to start a position in STAG but will wait a bit to see if I can get at a lower price.
