How about the whole circus. Why are there any partisans? It takes a certain type of ego maniac to get in to the system, let alone the top of a system run by posers who point fingers at each other while enriching themselves catering to large corp lobby. Hell, I have known lawyers who thought they won the lottery when they passed the bar. The legal sys is a power brokerage out of the realm of common folks. It ain't real power if you can't abuse it. All at a price.
