Ken, I can appreciate (as well as the others on this thread), the time you have spent analyzing the reports and coming up with these figures, which, I have no doubt, are fairly accurate. However, after the little table, your text starts out like a novel and reads like a Stephen King novella for the high-tech industry. "For reasons known only to himself, Disodado Banatao, the chairman of the Board sold 59667 shares of stock on Jan 27 and 28." It seems to me there was a press release a week or so ago in which he stated he was involved in another startup. That's a reason that even I know about.
We can guess and postulate all we want about who knew what and when. I guess that since the company isn't exactly forthcoming with info about what's downline for the next 2-24 weeks (not that it should) there's not much to talk about anymore on this thread, meatwise, and guesses and postulations are rampant!
Also, with regards to the future of the company: " If they (SEC)decide to prosecute the key personnel (Disodado Banatao, Gary Johnson, possibly George Hervey) I think the company is history." and "PS. I wouldn't count on either Gary Johnson or Disodado Banatao being affiliated with S3 much longer." What would it matter as to who fired them? If they are guilty and gone or if they are incompetents and gone, the result is the same....SIII can get on with its purpose.
Just my thoughts on it.
And Frank....It IS the water! I told you....that's why the Nine execs came out here. To enjoy the fine Delta waters and do some sport fishing. It wasn't business at all.
