Thoughts. (captain's log) So far in, the very early going of this pirate cruise, the opportunities given by the market have amounted to "swing trading"....a subset of short term position trading. Appropriate "swing trade" bear entries at tops, will not be completely sold off at every "swing" down. My overall outlook for quite some time to come is for downside pressure to dominate over upside pressure. Therefore, swing trades targeting upward bounces will be sold off entirely unless the hand of God reaches down and changes my outlook. And even that will be a tough sell.
