Interesting discussions last night on the other msft thread. Very close to pro communist propaganda being spewed by a nscp employee.

This is what it has come to. MSFT stance has been that their competitors are being distracted by these legal maneuverings, that they can't compete well when they are looking for corporate welfare, and the competitions hatred for Gates is destroying their focus. Meanwhile, I can tell you with absolute certainty, MSFT's employees have had an "us aganst the world" mentality driving them to perform at an extraordinary level for the past 3 years.

I don't see any of this changing until the war is absolutely over and MSFT can declare victory. Never has a company benefited so much by their competitors horrendous management skills.Only ORCL and SUNW have a shot, and their management is consumed with beating Gates, and ORCL clearly has it's eye off the ball.

MSFT's stock and business will continue to amaze non-investors.
