TNK, I fully BELIEVE that MORE money is LOST by investors by NOT TAKING the NICE PROFIT OPPORTUNITIES which are presented them, than investors EVER loose by buying a stock and then HAVING to sell below what they paid for it. I know this is true if one follows the Blue Cheap Stock TRADING Strategy of buying ONLY at or near what one believes is the bottom, but then being GREEDY and failing to follow the rest of the strategy. I'm NOT directing this toward anyone because I have been just as guilty of GREED as anyone, so this is to me as well as those who care to HEED. A fool with one eye & half sense should know when investors have a near 100% gain on their investment in a month or so, and FOR SURE only a few DAYS, MANY, MANY of those investors WILL take those profits, At least if their SMART. I'm not educated, but experence has smartened this old Redneck up just a little, thus the VERY REASON I sold at $.53. Now I have the option of buying back, and I bet if I placed an order at .37 I would get filled. I've learned some PATIENCE as well, thus I fully expect to buy FNTN lower than .37 cents. I am not afraid to buy this stock, just want it at MY price, as the price one pays for a stock will determine ones PROFIT or LOSS. TRADING the POP UPS is the GRAVY, and I look at those profits as a hedge against a drop in the stocks price. Trade anything 5 times in one year for a 20% profit and you have a 100% gain. 100% gains per year can certainly be beat, but should please any investor.
This drift, in my opinion, is nothing more than common. ANYTIME ANY stock makes that kind of gain in that time frame, 99% of the time that stock IS going to CORRECT. Yes it may set a NEW level, which is higher than the previous one, but it will come back off that jump. PROFIT TAKERS, just like I did, and was scolded for, WILL TAKE PROFITS. I've sat there and watched this over & over & over again. I've not bought back YET, the drift is still downward. Also we have FRIDAY to deal with, usually a slide for most stocks. There is a positive to remember, as usually the last 5 trading days of each month and the first 3 of the next, usually is positive for most stocks. I'm just going on memory experence, what ever thats worth, so far worth several $$$$$ Hope I didn't offend anyone, sure didn't intend to boast or gloat, just telling it like I see it.
