I spoke with Darby today and heres what she had to say,

In regards to PR:

Nothing at this point in time is going to be done about the lack of PR we have received on this device or on the company itself. For what ever reason, the hiring of Bob Connor back in August did not work out as planned. With such an overwhelming task of putting this deal together, it has required the effort and focus of all 18 employees and Mr. Frank to have it fall in place. I am sure we will get plenty of exposure and support from the GLOBAL DISTRIBUTOR who has the PREVILAGE to distribute this device. I say that because Darby is not only looking at the dollars but at a company who believes in and will work towards supplying this device around the world. If this was all about $$ and greed it would have been done long ago.

In regards to competition re:SPRX

Darby, as well as the other distributors involved in negotiations, are well aware of SPRX and the stage that they are at. The technology they are using, which has NOT been proven to work, was developed several years ago. It wasn't accepted then and it won't be now. I'm sure when it is compared to our FDA APPROVED device ours will come out on top. As Darby put it,they(SPRX) put the "cart before the horse". Setting up distributors for something that has not been proven too work buy the FDA standards does not make sense, but thats not for us to worry about at this point. If and when they ever receive FDA approval (1-2 yrs) then we can consider them our competition.

In regards to the medical advisory board:

We have the INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED Dr. Jeffrey Maisels, EXPERT on Bilirubin infant jaundice, on our side. That announcement ALONE changed the figures that were submitted by all involved. That says alot when the leading expert thru-out the WORLD is backing not only the color science technology but this device alone...not SPRX. Dr. Maisels is booked solid at conferences around the world at 2hrs. a shot to discuss this as well as other updates pertaining to his field of work.

In regards to stock split:

This was suggested by Mr. Frank and as you know, will be voted and acted upon on Feb. 13 at shareholders meeting. Any announcemant coming will be, in Darby's opinion, post split. There will be NO letter of intent, which I heard about myself, released first. The #'s will be revealed in the announcement when deal is done so the investment community can build their models from.

Something else that has to be completed, at the request of the distributors involved, is to establish in ALL 50 states 3rd. party reimbursement. Darby thought there was apprx. 10 more states to take care of. More of filing paperwork with each state than anything else.

So sit back and relax. The stock, like any other stock, is going to move up and down.....but when deal is done...watch out!!

P.S. please excuse me for any spelling errors
P.S.S. If anyone wnts to respond to this let me give you a hint.........HAVE A VALID POINT IF YOUR GOING TO RESPOND...It always helps to have a point!! I'm sure you all know who I'm speaking about!!
