The cpq numbers not only include returns but it includes any future returns that have not happen.
also, any known discounts that are immediately planned,
they even include subtracting all revenue that was shipped to the dealer and put them over the planned inventory.
these items make it impossible to stuff channels.
In fact, with this formula will the ignorant people that claim channel stuffing please explain how can you stuff channel when cpq accrues a reserve for thses items and anything else they think is going to happen.
Early on cpq learned that if they didn't want to shock the earnings it's best to plan for this stuff

Sounds to me like your just a CPQ bear. I hope your shorting it heavily.
