No one is going back to incandescent.

We don't need government to tell us which kind of light of bulbs to buy. If a person wants to pay more for bulbs and electricity, that should be their choice.

If someone would be able to have light for cheaper incandescent bulbs, versus not have light because LEDs are too expensive, I'd rather them make their own choice. Markets consistently outperform government.

If there is no demand, the bulbs will not be available. (Likely, the case).
