It has been long forgotten, but when the telephone made its debut in the early years of the 20th century, there was incredible and irrational resistance to it. Until the '20s it had a micro % of the market. Who's going to sign up for high speed telegraph, i.e. the telephone? I guess we now know who. The point is, if you have something that is substantially good, theories about non-interest will be knocked into a cocked hat.
