It was NOT biased. Judge Nap is a conservative and an honest man. He's doing much more than enforcing the law. He's making up new laws and regulations .... such as not allowing asylum seekers to even apply for asylum. Such as breaking up families to punish them for seeking asylum in the US. Such as stealing money voted by Congress for one purpose and using it for something else. "better solutions for our immigration crisis, including faster paths for people to come here to work and become citizens" That goes against everything the Trump regime is trying to do.
