I hope I don't get thrown off SI--I guess not--if I admit that I am beginning to think of the Clinton problems as "Peckergate."

I think the Republicans should have a ritual stoning using ping-pong balls and shout "shame!" "shame!"

I do think that we can safely say that Richard Nixon would never impulsively kiss an attractive young woman.

As I remember, when Nixon announced his resignation the market shot up--tmporarily.
