i have got to chime in on this nonsense. if you had done your homework before you bought your shares you would know all about t m's property company and other dealings his other companies have had/have with nn. it is all in sec documents that you should have looked at before investing. this is not new news. there has never been any effort to hide these arrangements. yes, it's a bit unusual but certainly not unprecedented. i doubt anyone would be drudging up this very very old news if it were not for the fact that the stock is down from 69. the 2 items are not related. next you can question the fact that t m owns personal stakes in all the nn affiliates also. in addition to the long standing full disclosure of all this consider one other thing.......... what one person in this world has the most personal wealth at stake with each point move up or down in nn stock? there can be no question that t m has more to gain or lose thru nn stock price movement than thru real estate dealing-by a factor of a thousand. most ceo's have little to gain or lose from the movement of their company's stock price-not the case here. t m's fortunes are in 100% alignment with those of the shareholders. if you want to bitch about something bitch about the poor business decisions of the past year and the lack of discipline in growing s g and a expenses-these are what affect your stock investment-not who nn buys land from.

as to the stock. if we can get an ok close from here, today could be viewed as a positive if it holds up again tomorrow. with a 2 step downgrade the stock has not breached it's lows of the month and the volume is actually down from yesterday. technically this tells me that the stock is either sold out or damn close. time will tell.....

all imo only....nick
