Yes Mike, but SystemSoft's stock price is DEFINITELY superior (over
3 times PTEC's on a pre-split basis)!

Twentieth Century Funds bought millions of shares in SYSF for their
loyal customers. Hardly anyone trades PTEC (only about 15K shares
traded a few days ago).

I'd say the big boys see Phoenix as a two-bit BIOS player and not
even in the same league as SystemSoft. Heck, SystemSoft has
a quote from Portia Isaacson from "DreamIt" (no pun intended),
saying that their product may be the most important thing since the
operating system for PCs.

Phoenix has been flooding the investment community with new
product releases and new alliances with major players for several
months now and the stock hasn't even changed. Certainly some
of those young sharp MBA graduate fund managers have researched
Phoenix, but since the stock hasn't moved, it must be all a bunch of
hot air...now SYSF...that's a stock that seems like it will go up forever!
