no question about it. I personally own Lucent and Cisco in equal amounts. There won't be a clear winner for a couple of years or more, so hedge your bets and bet on both. I have owned both for more than a year and have made greater than 40% returns on each. I feel that is pretty good. It may not be good enough for some of our thread lurkers here, but it's good enough for me.
