duke, sorry i didn't get this sooner because i had the conference call number.they will put the text on their website in a day or two. conference call went very well.have converted 500 customers in 14 days with 20000 access lines. company is very happy with pace of transition.next call in 5 weeks which will give us a better feel for progress. company is selling at ridiculous multiple of revenue if they continue to convert at this pace.
