Demand for deep-UV steppers in contrast to the overall market is expected to rise, from 324 units in 97 to 462 units in 98. --from today's IBD Message 3227997 I recall Akins projecting orders for 600 DUV lasers in 1998. Unless my recollection is wrong, the IBD number would signal smaller backlog at Cymer. Tulvio
