Why would anyone want to convert their warrants at this time. If warrants are at 1 1/2, it would cost me $1.50 + $4., which equals $5.50 for one share of aipn common. The market price of the common is $4.50. It would be cheaper to buy the common on the market and use the warrants for wallpaper.

Do you think Dr. Faris will extend the expiration date of the warrants if the common does not go to $8 by March 1? How long can he wait to make that decision?

If the price goes up and shareholders convert their warrants, AIPN wii receive $24,000.000. Seems like Dr. Faris is more likely to extend the expiration date for this reason. He will get nothing otherwise.

Patiently waiting for the jump. (the price jump, not the helecopter jump)
