My post #4429 asked the question about the possibility of a ruling today. My post #4434 mentions something about market expectations for a ruling today. I did not "determine" a ruling for today and my posts had nothing to do with anything written and posted by someone else.

<The two articles that have come out in G&M, and FP have both quoted the Ven. court as indicating that a ruling may be forthcoming in the next two weeks.>

Those papers published the same story, the same author, word for word. She has no more idea about when the court will rule than anyone else, and did not reference the "next two weeks" as to the source of that information.
