Apple did a litigious Nokia on Qualcomm and got the same result. Thieving and evil are bad business strategies in a voluntary world. Nokia went from number 1 to nowhere. I will enjoy watching Apple get their just desserts too. Shorting Apple to zero would be fun but they are still very robust so caution needed lest mounting profits squeeze the shorts. Mqurice
