The 29 mill share figure is as of Sept 97. In Oct or November., the remaining convertible debt was converted, shares outstanding went up to around 31 million. If you count the options and warrants that are currently in the money, dilutive potential is around 38 million shares.

To tell the truth, I've stopped caring where support is because I believe RNTK will eventually do well. There are crappy companies, with no potential "catalyst" out there with $10 million in annual sales and worse EPS that are selling at higher market caps than RNTK. It is amusing to me. I think SPAZ must be one, for example.

I am not an authority on this. I have not called the company to confirm this or other stuff I blabber on about. I don't think I need to because my general feel is ok even if I don't know what the hell okon industrial sealant is. But then again, I should never talk about anything if I don't know 100% what I am talking about. But then again, that is why you pay $80-100 trade at full service brokerage firms so you get analyst advice. There is a lot of misinformation on stock message boards in general from well meaning people. So basically you should confirm everything for yourself.

Good luck with everything... How's the burrito business?
