Sorry I haven't checked in for a bit people. But I was tired of hearing my own echos answering back. So now that there's a small audience, I'll profer up a little more INSIGHT/speculation, call it what you like.
4.00 a share is the price to get listed, and it is an average of some time block (a year, a quarter?) of trading prior to listing.
The Monsanto investment last FEBRUARY is public information, and may still be available on the internet (it was in October). It was also included in my investor packet (so was a video tape).
A quick overview: This company's proprietary technology preserves, for the first time in decades, possibly centuries of trying, the RICE BRAN which is the layer between the RICE HULL and the RICE itself.
This rice bran, previous to our (meaning shareholders) company's PATENTED TECHNOLOGY came along, went rancid within hours of harvest.
Now, it can be preserved and stabilized, without losing previously unkown nutritional and medical characteristics.
STABILIZED RICE BRAN contains the one of most potent forms of VITAMIN E and VITAMIN B ever known to naturally exist.
There are over 50 ANTIOXIDANT compounds in this stabilized rice bran, with RECOGNIZED medical values pertaining to cancer, liver disease,
