Jason, The Alberta exchange cannot impact are ability to trade on the OTC bulletin board. However they may be able to impose sanctions that would effect corporate activities are individuals. The real impact they could have at this stage is to make it more difficult to trade on a more liquid exchange in the US. The proceedings have been delayed until May. I am not worried about the hearings. There are a lot of things happening with Naxos between now and then. We will see a lot more assay numbers and hopefully a production assay. If those show good results it will strengthen our position vis a vis the Alberta authorities :) If they don't show good numbers any thing they do to us will be an afterthought :( So in short as Alfred E Newman said 'What me worry?' We'll be laughing or crying long before we get to them. Henry
