RE:ADVM My exit vas bit premature, but correct, finance.yahoo.com While no rescue injection reported (for fairly moderate to severe AMD cohort, 6-8 Eylea injection in last 8 month + 14 days)...and reduction in CST it is unclear what is severity of the inflammation due to gene therapy and what will reduced dose do???? It looks REGN was smart to be on side-line and following it closely. I am sure they will try to measure SYSTEMIC aflibercept level and calculate expression level in humoral/vitreal space.
