Right. The BUDGET. That was the "$407 billion (requested) $1.413 trillion (actual) 9.8% of GDP (actual)".

Bush requested 407B for a fiscal year that began 4 months before he left office. The following 8 months were Obama's. And that IS Obama's, and can't be made Bush's by any means known to man.

The ONE out Obama had was that Bush requested appropriation of the $700B. But most of that money was repaid, and it was thus reclassified as an asset, NOT an expense. Any accountant familiar with the transaction understands it. It should have been booked as an asset, not an expense. So, it was, but later. The 1.413 trillion is NOT actual when prior period adjustments are taken into account. And I can tell you they must be. You can't just ignore it.

Obama spent that money. Obama REQUESTED that money. $852 Billion in stimulus. Never forget that. Bush, before that $700B was used for anything, cleared it with Obama, knowing that he (Bush) should not act leaving Obama holding that bag. Then Obama and his Democrats tried to knife Bush in the back with the deficit. Fucking liars.

You are either one of them or you can plead ignorance.
