I understand what happened. You don’t, as you cited a 2008 article.

Here's what matters. The projections for 2009-2019, the Obama years, had deficits at 4.6 trillion for the period. Actuals were double that.

THAT IS NOT Bush's fault and you cannot make it be. Obama increased taxes massively and STILL blew the hell out of deficits.

We will know about Trump when his second term is over, but he’s not going to double projections, I can say that with confidence.
