New assignments:

6) Then I will designate CK as Head of the Research Department,

7) and Mark in MD as chief field inspector. His job duties will entail climbing up factory smokestacks and do Y2K compliance testing for the sensors.

In my position as VP of Planning, I will lay off all the remaining employees and hire Mark and CK. If there are few employees on the payroll, there will be no revenue but no loss either. We now go from a year loss of 0.36/share to at least break even.

TPRO will sell the CDs to factories after Mark scares them with long reports of non Y2K compliance and research papers by CK. We can make couple thousands a month with the CD sales. See, I make the company goes from having loss to being profitable with just 3 employees, me, Mark and CK.

After year 2000, any unsold CDs can be marketed as souvenirs.
