Now I could be wrong but as I understand the delistings is that they are targeted at those companies who do not file timely financials or meet other "filing" standards. I read up on this awhile back and from what I understood the price was not a big point but that the SEC was looking to rid itself of those companies that did not fill out the required documentation around shares held/sold/diluted along with quarterlies...again not the gospel...if u want that u should look it up...or ask again and hope someone more knowledgeable than myself answers...take care... jf...
