I bought ECI at an average price of about 16 today. I should have tried to get it yesterday but missed out on the move up today. This gets my position back to where it was several weeks ago. I may buy more heavily this time around because I think the ride will be a nice long and profitable one. My short-term target for Excel is 22. Where it goes from there will depend on how well the IRs beat the bushes and start increasing the business; on the degree of improvement in the sales and earnings outlook.
