Sync with desktop using WiFi, only takes a couple seconds, mine is set to overwrite handheld. Anyone using Secret and has a smartphone,iPhone, Android, etc. I highly recommend this product. If I had this when I was in the hospital it would have made it a lot less boring, as I could have read my entries, diary etc. I have a vast database in Secret dating back to 1997.
