Construction is dependant on the $10MM, due to arrive on the 28th, the co. informs us it will take 8wks. for the construction, Whatever 'formalities' involved should be considered, of course. The point of the statement was in response to the previous estimation of 4 months. The company was correcting that estimation to 8wks. That was the context of the statement.<eom> Pugs
