I do have a long term portfolio that I employ the above metrics too, but there can be enormous opportunity by looking at short term trades based on events, etc.
hahaha...agreed, I have left a lot of money on the table because I want a gain of 20% or more.

It is hard for me to adjust but adjust I must.
